My Story

The children and staff at Adel St John the Baptist C of E Primary School are supporting Rob Burrow in his appeal to help build a new centre in Leeds that supports people with MND.

They are pledging to pass a rugby ball on Thursday 14th October from 8.50am to 3.15pm, keeping the ball moving continously throughout the day. The sponsored event will be COVID friendly with regular hand sanitiser and cleaning of the ball between classes. All the staff and children are determined the ball will be passed, even during collective worship and at lunchtime. Everbody who enters our school that day will be taking part from the headteacher, to caretaker, cleaners and lunchtime staff. The children can't wait to get started and support this amazing cause.

Please show your support and help them raise some funds to donate to the Leeds Hospital Charity fund. Your donation, no matter how small, will go a long way in supporting people like Rob Burrow and his family.
